I am a buyer who knows what I want and do not need to shop around. Most salespeople are not comfortable with that approach as well as not talking directly to me. Cameron was non of those!! He spoke directly to me since it was going to be my car. He was very knowledgable with any questions I asked. He also was very considerate of our needed time-frame. King our salesmen was great but the disorganization was tuff to swallow. The amount of time wasted just waiting for paperwork was unbearable. I feel when I am there to pick up the car all should be ready t tuff to swallow. The amount of time wasted just waiting for paperwork was unbearable. I feel when I am there to pick up the car all should be ready to go. Spending 2 1/2 hours just to sign and take delivery seems eccessive..I don't know where the blame lays but I didn't feel the dealership respected my time. Again King was very kind and seemed to do all he could. I also felt that because we had our own bank finance the car that the finance department was slow with our paperwork at least that's how we felt. More
