very bad with finance manager jon The sales lady was good and very happy with her. They have a nice selection of good cars thats the only reason i will give dealership an overall 4 st The sales lady was good and very happy with her. Now the Finance Manager jon is a different story he was very pushy and trying to sell more warranty even though we said no he kept trying and looked like he was getting mad because we said no. He printed out the sale contract that did not include our $2000 deposit when we pointed it out he said go ahead and sign it and he will print something saying we paid the deposit but what he did is print another contract and asked to have it signed. I asked him to please void the first one he said he would do it later then he threw it under his desk i then asked him several times to please write void or shred it he got mad and took it in the other room and put it in a bin . I called back later and found out he had taken it out of the bin the person i talked to said he voided it but we will never know if that was the truth maybe they keep two sets of books or something maybe was going to pocket deposit who knows . So beware of that if you go in there . More

The employees I dealt with at Luther Brookdale Mazda understand this which put me at ease. Care was taken to answer all my questions in a patient manner. Chad in sales is quite personable and easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable with the different car models. Dan in Finance, and this is the department that always makes me sweat, is most professional, explaining every detail of the seemingly endless stack of papers to sign so I would have no surprises. For me it was an overall pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations. Oh and by the way, I love my new Mazda. More
