Fast ; Yet costly I’m happy with my car but not the price. I found the exact car for cheaper, plus lower miles. Plus I was told I had a 3 year warranty, which turned out to be only 1 year. More

needed a new tire Needed to replace a tire. I called multiple times on Monday the 8th and did leave a voicemail and no call. I decided to go into the dealership and wa Needed to replace a tire. I called multiple times on Monday the 8th and did leave a voicemail and no call. I decided to go into the dealership and was told I needed to replace all four tires. I am paying extra for any damages my car/tires might sustain. I was told my coverage will cover the one tire but the rest needed to come out of pocket. I would have been able purchase the other three by the end of the week. I didn't want to drive with a spare all week that's the reason I asked for them to install it. I was told it wasn't possible so I called my boss to ask if he knew anything about my issue. He called your dealership and told them that I am entitled to get the tire and am able to take it somewhere else for installation. I wasn't aware of that. We were told that there would be a tire waiting for me, head over and pick it up. I showed up, waited for 40 minutes and was told that there wasn't a tire for me and they didn't have any available. To come back today Tuesday the 9th for a new one. At this point I feel like I was retaliated on for wanting to take the tire somewhere else to get installed. Kate Brown is the service consultant is who I was working when I went in and she said they had four tires in the shop but when I went back a few hours later, no tires could be found. I also asked if it was okay for me to run on my spare and she told me to head to a gas station and make sure it has enough air in it when she probably could have someone check for me since I was already there. I was planning on purchasing my tires and hadn't considered servicing my vehicle anywhere else but unfortunately I've completely changed my mind. More
