Great customer service I was very pleased with Preston in the service department. When I called with the information about my “dead” car not starting even though our trickl I was very pleased with Preston in the service department. When I called with the information about my “dead” car not starting even though our trickle charger showed full charge, he suggested trying to jump it before calling a tow truck. He was right ! It started right up and I was able to avoid the cost of a tow and only needed a new battery. I was able to get my car back very quickly too. Thank you Preston and Luther Brookdale Toyota! More
