Service was awesome! I got a video in a text of the break down of the inspection on my car so there was absolutely no question on if the repair was needed or not. Video had the depth gauges showing where they were with wear and tear on all four tires and breaks, and a walk through on showing the undercarriage, shocks, boots, oil pan, etc. The video showed all of it. It gives confidence that you're not being played if it's suggested that work is actually needed or not. This was refreshing and an awesome experience and something all dealerships should be implementing. Awesome to have and will be back for sure. Thank you!! More

I like this dealership and have been only servicing my Tiguan at Brookdale VW since I purchased it here in 2019. Is it overpriced? Absolutely, but I like knowing the service is done accurately. I was treated so well when I had an issue with my Passat just a couple days after I bought a car. They brought me to work after dropping my vehicle off and brought a rental car to my work for me before I go just a couple days after I bought a car.
