She greeted us promptly in the "Previously Owned" lot where I was thinking about purchasing a car for my teenage son Linda Radue was my sales person. She asked what we were looking for and provided some suggestions, a set of keys and let us go. Afterwards, we went through the history on the vehicles and the warranties. The pricing was posted on the window and nonnegotiable(best price stated). While that frustrated me a little bit, it made the process way easier. We purchased a VW GTI in about one hour from the point of our decision. Linda went through the car in detail, and she took her time even though it was well after close. Customer Service from the service dept. On Monday evening my husband went over to the Burnsville Volkswagen dealership to have my oil changed. He did not have a reservation but, they helped On Monday evening my husband went over to the Burnsville Volkswagen dealership to have my oil changed. He did not have a reservation but, they helped him out, even though it was a bit later in the evening and he just drove in. That alone was great but, the best happened the next day. There was a light showing on the information board, I thought it was the oil light. It just soo happened that I got a call from the woman from the dealership asking me how my service was the previous night. I told her it was great but, there was this light. Well, 10 minutes later I got a call from Jason, in service, asking me about the light. He was very calm and explained that he did not want me to drive the car any further and he ACTUALLY drove over to the Home Depot I was at and checked the engine. I could not believe it. He said he would call when he arrived and that I could go in and do the necessary shopping and he would call. He came checked the oil, it was fine, explained what the light was told me why it was on and what to do if it came on again. I was soooo thankful to him but, even more, I was overwhelmed at his professionalism, his genuine concern and his willingness to help me. He called me by name right from the start and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Believe me when I say I will be telling this story to many people and hoping that they choose you not only for service but, purchases and information. Thanks again to Jason. More
