I walked into Luther to check out a car that I had been looking at online for quite some time. Aaron Stephens was the first one to greet me after I walked in the door. I had just gotten done playing a tournament so I was a bit sweaty, dirty, beat up, and not really expecting to be taken seriously. Aaron took me seriously right off the hop and took me out to test drive another version of the car I wanted right away, since the one I was there to look at was in transit. An hour later, I had the deposit in and it was just a matter of time before I got to drive home my dream car. Aaron was responsive and patient in updating me as we waited for the car to get there, and made sure everything was perfect when I arrived to pick it up. Emily Dziuk in the finance department was also very nice, helpful, and patient walking through all the financing options with me.
