Three years ago, I bought a vehicle from BV VW and worked with Linda. This week, I emailed her again with details of the next car I wanted, features, color. Even while on vacation out of state, she responded with Linda. This week, I emailed her again with details of the next car I wanted, features, color. Even while on vacation out of state, she responded in about 15 mins. While not necessary, I felt that was above and beyond. She confirmed when she'd be available and we met this morning. She had several vehicles ready for me based on my email details, sent me out on a test drive while Finance ran numbers.
