Drove from South Dakota to get brakes serviced on my 2021 Acadia. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance . Found out I have to come back because they have to order parts. That means another 200 mile round Acadia. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance . Found out I have to come back because they have to order parts. That means another 200 mile round trip. Very surprised that a dealer the size of Luther didn’t have brake pads on hand. More
