The service is outstanding. I had hoped and planned to stay for the time of the oil change but they were behind so gave me a courtesy ride back to work. Poor explained what was going on with the truck and they talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about and all they kept saying is that's normal and the truck has never done that before we spend talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about and all they kept saying is that's normal and the truck has never done that before we spend between 8-10 hrs a day driving on the road so we should know what is normal and what is not We bought the truck new got it to the shop only to find out they cut the block heater cord off because of a recall ( called the dealership and they didn't even know about it ) so we took the truck out and had some one install a new block heater in it the dealership called said the truck was done and they did the recall call on block heater when I asked him adout it he said they cut off the cord and GMC will send out new block heater when they get the heater figured out the truck is almost 3 years old still no recall and also now we can't even use the block heater we paid for and put in not to impressed at all good thing my spell check works otherwise it would not be nice Like the truck but like always service SUCKS More

Everyone was great but I didn't get a call when the driver was on his way to pick me up. I brought my care in due to a noise I was hearing when I started by vehicle. The Service Department was great, even though they could not hear the noise after checking it over and starting my vehicle sever started by vehicle. I was somewhat embarrassed but they assured me that this happens more than I would think. They told me to keep track of when I heard it again and kept a record of my bringing in.
