They were able to get me an oil change, 4 new tires and an alignment all on my day off! Brought my vehicle in to get roof leak looked at.. the next day still have the leak. I wouldn't recommend to get your vehicle look at there. Passing through on the way to MSP; my brother in law suggested we take the truck to Luther due to loss of power and engine noise randomly occurring as I drove 3 hours. Took it in the next morning & Rob suggested we take the truck to Luther due to loss of power and engine noise randomly occurring as I drove 3 hours. Took it in the next morning & Robin greeted us. He took the info and just as we were finishing the shop man that would take it for a drive came up to the desk! Robin introduced us- and I’m so sorry i can’t recall his name; but I provided a video of the noise and the gauges fluctuating. They were courteous and asked great questions that I could understand relating to the vehicle. I informed them a push rod had been replaced under warranty the week prior. The shop foreman that took it for a drive-20 plus minute-was not hearing any problems but assured me that nothing checked out on their monitor of the engine either. I took the vehicle on to MSP. No problems that stopped my trip but the noise occurred two more times. Never has there been dash alerts: no engine light or flashing on dash monitoring the vehicle. High regards for these men and the respect I was given, along with assurance, to continue my trip! Highly recommend this team at the Luther dealership!!! More
