Was able to get a convenient time and date for an appointment. When booking online, I was looking to receive a ride home after dropping off but website did not give ride as an option. Why not get ride as an option if offered? Very inconvenient in making plans for my spouse to pick me up only to find out at dealership I can get a ride. Explanation needed please.
