Luther Family Buick GMC - Service Center

Love this dealership but when I went for an oil change and told guy checking me in that my car was pulling to the R, I was told they just did a rotation 3000 miles ago so wouldn't do another one but he'd and told guy checking me in that my car was pulling to the R, I was told they just did a rotation 3000 miles ago so wouldn't do another one but he'd have a tech drive it and check it out. When they finished he said the tech didn't find anything wrong so nothing was done about it pulling to the R. As soon as I drive away guess what it's doing .. pulling to the dam R!! Next day we leave for our road trip and guess what the first thing my BF says as we hit the road .. "babe you need to get your alignment looked at, it's pulling to the R good." NOT HAPPY BEING BLOWN OFF like I'm some dumb broad who doesn't know her cars when I grew up in a shop!! Crappy service this round ... More
