During the Sub-Zero temperatures last week oh, my car heater was not working. I was a Damsel in Distress. My schedule that day was full. She said, we need to get you some heat in this terrible cold. Jeremy Jensen met me at the door. He immediately diagnosed the problem. I felt such relief. The entire staff was polite and courteous. Later that afternoon as I drove away from your building, I had a warm car and felt blessed to have chosen a place with people who showed such professionalism and kindness. Staff was very friendly and courteous, the dealership was very neat and clean. While I waited for my vehicle a person was cleaning and sanitizing the entire time I waited. the only negative remark I have is very neat and clean.
