Save your money We took our vehicle in for service as something was leaking. The vehicle also needed an oil change. The service advisor could not find a specific leak We took our vehicle in for service as something was leaking. The vehicle also needed an oil change. The service advisor could not find a specific leak so they did the oil change, cleaned the area and suggested that we come back in 2 weeks for a recheck. He wanted to be sure that it wasn’t just a loose oil pan. We appreciated that he didn’t assume something and charge us a bunch of money. When we came to pick up the vehicle, Paul gave my son his business card and told him to give him a call in 2 weeks when he was coming. More

5 star review only Because Robin does a great job. However, my car was there for 26 days. And I had to pay for front camera service again. I know they already fixed this once and there is no reason why I should’ve been charged again I only have my car serviced at Luther and it seemed as though they couldn’t find the previous service on the camera. Or they didn’t believe me. And 26 days to have my car there is ridiculous. It certainly didn’t feel as though it was a big deal to GMC but it sure was a big deal to me. The five stars are only because I do believe Robin is a great guy and good at what he does. And I don’t want my review to reflect on him personally.
