I never feel dumb when I ask questions or for clarification on a problem with my vehicle. There are snacks and refreshments in the lobby while you wait. They asked if I wanted my car washed and I said sure, expecting to pay $20 or so. Nope. Free. Their entire staff seems genuinely happy to work there. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off, and I think they genuinely care about running an honest business. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to them. More

Impressed I'm from out of town and my wife's vehicle broke down late Friday afternoon in Fargo. I called Luther and they got me in touch with a tow company. The service department notified me when the vehicle arrived by tow truck at the dealership that was close to closing. Much appreciated. On Saturday I was text the problem with the vehicle and some other service choices that could be done with the miles that the vehicle had on. Included with this was the price of all my options. The communication by Luther was great. By Monday my wife was back in the driver's seat. More
