Poor Service Made an appointment for an oil change and dropped it off first thing in the morning (2+ hours before the appointment). First they couldn’t find the scheduled appointment time and then neglected to note I needed the vehicle back by noon. Showed up at noon to pick up and they hadn’t even looked at the vehicle sign in sheet. I was not impressed as I had to wait another 45 minutes when I was already running late to get my vehicle back. Not only did they work it in for the oil change, but they had a whole list of recall and 30,000 mile updates to do to it. They got it done and saved us a hassle of having to plan around an appointment. More
