This is the second recall in a row where my windshield wipers are installed incorrectly. Now I have to schedule time off of work again to get it fixed. It always seems when I go in there that I'm a burden wipers are installed incorrectly. Now I have to schedule time off of work again to get it fixed. It always seems when I go in there that I'm a burden to their day or they hate their job. Bad vibes overall. I did get my pickup washed which was really nice so that's a plus. More

Service was fine with one exception.
