Their company policy about having to test drive a Vehicle before you could put a down payment on it made it difficult to purchase this vehicle. It cost me a days worth of billable hours. I made an appointment for a recall, and I said last time I was there they didn't have all the parts for the other recall..the guys said I see something about that on your file..so I got to Luther Ford and t I was there they didn't have all the parts for the other recall..the guys said I see something about that on your file..so I got to Luther Ford and they tell me it was done last time...I said well my tailgate still doesn't work..they said well it works today..so swing by when it doesn't work..I said it's pretty much all the time and I live an hour away...so I'm supposed to just hope it doesn't work someday when I'm near the Ford dealership?? They said its probably a cold weather thing that it won't work..I said it hasn't worked in cold or hot...but this is how it goes...so anyway it's not fixed...good job Ford More
