Every time I've received a service at this location, they've completed it wrong and have had to redo it (after I leave with my car thinking it's fixed). The first time they didn't believe me regarding m they've completed it wrong and have had to redo it (after I leave with my car thinking it's fixed). The first time they didn't believe me regarding my brake booster going out and said it was my brake pads (told me they checked my brake booster and it was fine). They obviously didn't check (or wanted to squeeze money out of me as the brake booster was covered by warranty but the brake pads were not). I left the dealership and after 5 minutes of driving, I had no brakes at all. I had to drive it back (an extremely dangerous situation) and tell them they didn't fix it. It turns out it was indeed my brake booster that failed (which I told them originally was my problem). During this recent visit, I had to get two service repairs done regarding recalls on my car. Dropped it off and picked it up 5 hours later. I got a call the next morning saying they put in the wrong airbag for my car and that they needed to send a technician out to my car to put in the correct airbag. My trust in their work has diminished to nothing. More
