It was my first time there on my own and I didn’t know exactly what the procedure was. I was in line at the quick oil change. They just came up gave me a number and put it on my window and asked me what I exactly what the procedure was. I was in line at the quick oil change. While I was waiting which was over two hours I finally got out of my car and went indoors because cars weren’t moving. I understand when there is a shortage of help which is what the case was. So I patiently waited because I had nowhere to go. When the technician came to tell me about my car he was very nice included me in on everything as well as the lady at the cashiers desk because that was another thing I was not familiar with. Other than that I think it was over all an OK visit. One of my major concerns is the chairs they have while you’re waiting for your vehicle to get done. They’re like a stuffed Adirondack chair and very uncomfortable and they look quite old. They just lean back way too far like an Adirondack chair and a little difficult to get out of if sitting all the way back in the chair. More
