Waited 3 hrs for oil change/ tire rotation. Once completed dripping oil underneath engine. Lifted hood and there was oil everywhere!!! They were extremely short staffed. A quick lane oil change took 4 hours. The lady who gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced was very nice. Got my oil changed a couple weeks back, and the guys in the service department noticed that both of my upper control arms and my left cb joint were starting to fail and they alerted me right away, and seei the service department noticed that both of my upper control arms and my left cb joint were starting to fail and they alerted me right away, and seeing as I have a fairly long road trip planned next moth I asked them to schedule me in to get it done. Travis got me in asap, and had my issues squared away and even found another issue that was rearing it's head (heat shield was working loose) and called me to inform me on that so I could approve any work, which I did because again, long trip coming up. The price for the work done was more than fair, the staff at Luther were friendly and professional, and the repair work done is of very high quality. I can't recommend Luther Ford highly enough. More
