I am giving a 5 star rating for the time being as I am not sure if the work that the service department worked or not. However, I do have a big concern about the long term viability of the "fix" as this has been an ongoing issue with my 2018 Ford F150's 10 speed transmission from not long after I took possession of it. It has never really worked the way I would expect it to. We will see if the problem persists, which I fully expect it will as this is the second time this "fix" has been done and I am not confident that Ford is standing behind their trucks. More

I had an appt for an oil change. The service was quick. I was very disappointed that my Ford debit card was not honored. I was issued a debit card when I had my tires replaced coating my almost $1,000. I was very disappointed that my Ford debit card was not honored. I didn't need any service until last week. Then they said I could use it for anything, groceries, eating out, anything. It said right on the card...Ford debit card so I waited to use it for service. Now I lost $180 in debit, the amt of the card. I'm not happy. More
While waiting for an oil change some damage was done to the rear bumper. They offered to change the bumper at no charge and also no charge for the oil change which was greatly appreciated.
