Saturday was my first visit to the Luther Hopkins Honda Service Center and I have only good things to say! I called around 11am and spoke with Toni who was very helpful - she went out of her way to give me Service Center and I have only good things to say! I called around 11am and spoke with Toni who was very helpful - she went out of her way to give me a rough estimate of what a “B service” would cost. I got scheduled the same day - very impressed with the hours and availability. Once I arrived, Mike explained everything thoroughly and I could tell he was transparent about cost and even helped me anticipate what service I could expect in the months/years ahead. I purchased my car used last spring so he used my car’s VIN to look up any previous service history from the past owner and then interpreted what that meant for me. In short, he went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. I never felt like I was being talked down to or like he didn’t have time for me and my questions. Overall, a very positive experience and I’ll be coming back for the years to come! More
