He barely left me with any questions to ask because he was so thorough, but of course he was able to answer anything I did ask in detail. He was also very patient and did not rush things, making sure that I was taken care of every step of the way, from pre-sale, to making sure that I was educated on all the details of the features post-sale. Although the original purchase price presented by him from the sales manager was a bit high for me, he was able to match the price I presented from a competing dealership to seal the deal. The car itself was ready to go far in advance of his original estimate, as well, which is always a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a great experience.
