I figured this out when they emailed me the invoice at 12:45 pm, and I replied to the email, texted and placed NO LESS THAN 3 PHONE CALLS to the service department to alert them that they did not do the work I requested, with no return phone call or contact. I finally picked up my car from them at 5:15 pm and will never return. More
