Dishonest sales practices – Sold my reserved car out from under me The vehicle was in transit. I had a formal deposit on a 2027 Telluride Hybrid SX-P (VIN ending in 017145) to ensure it would be ready for under me The vehicle was in transit. I had a formal deposit on a 2027 Telluride Hybrid SX-P (VIN ending in 017145) to ensure it would be ready for my wife’s birthday (One month from the booking date). When the car was due, my salesperson attempted to cheat me by claiming the vehicle was "delayed until June." I discovered this was a lie through the Kia Access app, which showed the VIN had already been registered to another person’s account. When I confronted the General Sales Manager, he admitted they had "accidentally sold" the car I had a deposit on. They knowingly lied about a delay to cover up the fact that they sold my reserved vehicle to someone else. It is a complete breach of trust and a total lack of integrity. I’ve cancelled my deal and will be taking my business to a dealership that doesn't treat its customers with such dishonesty. Do not trust their "reservations." More
