The problem I have is the BIG sales pitch on this Kia vehicle is it certified. That being said it has a long list of things the Maintenace Department check off to make it certified. They need to do their job and look at each item they are checking off before they check it off. They had to replace the breaks before we pickup it up they were bad. That was one of the check items. What else did they miss on inspection to certify it????? I have a problem with the vehicle and left a message with a person and they said they sent a message to the service Department, and they would get back to me on the issue, No call. Salesperson tried to help me, and he said bring back here and we will take a look at it. I told him what is wrong with it can I just take it to someone here to get it fix? he said to bring it back to them. I am 3.5 hours away. Luther night be a good dealership bought local, but don't buy a car from them if you live any distance away. The salespeople are awesome. He said it was certified and he don't know any difference, he is only a salesperson. Thanks Marcus. More
