Brought car in for a cracked gas tank I brought my car to KIA because I had a diagnostic test done with another automotive place and was told I had a cracked gas tank. I wanted the dealers I brought my car to KIA because I had a diagnostic test done with another automotive place and was told I had a cracked gas tank. I wanted the dealership that sells the vehicle to replace it since it had to do with gas, which is “DANGEROUS”! Conversation with KIA Me: I had brought my car in to have them check for a cracked gas tank because a dealership had done a diagnostic test telling my there was. Kia said they still needed to run their own diagnostic test and called me to confirm there was no crack in the tank but there was $1200 in other issues. I fixed those issues to pick my car up and get home to still smell gas. I call Kia back and they take a second look at my car and called to tell the technician missed the cracked gas tank... I would have only fixed the gas task of found on the initial visit. Luther Nissan Kia Unfortunately, Amanda, there are no guarantees with diagnostics. We tried to save you money by not fixing the gas tank, it did not show that it needed it. Also, we gave you that repair for less than originally quoted to help since you had other repairs that came up. We do try our best to make things right. We do hope that your vehicle will give you many more maintenance free miles. Take Care Me: Well it didn't make it right. My first visit you missed the problem with my car (which was the thing I asked you to check) and the parts I did end up fixing cost $250 and you charged $750 for labor... These where recommend maintenance items from your technician. When you charging that much for labor I would expect your mechanic tech to catch the crack in a gas tank (seeing how that's what I was told somewhere else and I took my car to the dealership who should specialize in their own brand of vehicals). I don't think giving someone $100 of a second visit to your service department a discount... I PAID $750 in labor the first time. Your company scams people and the worst part is you don't care. I ran a hotel for 15 years and I always made things right with a customer because I wanted their return business. SOUNDS LIKE THEY REALLY CARE!?!?! More

Car shopping can be enjoyable Recently I went to this dealership to search for a new to me car. I had seen their commercials and thought that this might be a good place to start. Recently I went to this dealership to search for a new to me car. I had seen their commercials and thought that this might be a good place to start. My appointment began on time and every person I dealt with went above and beyond to assist me, answer questions and get me into a vehicle that was right for me and within my budget. Mitch, the salesperson; Dale, the business manager; and Neil the GM were excellent and focused on helping me out. Best car purchasing experience ever! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The entire process was smooth and efficient. (Even other staff I wasn't working with greeted me as they passed by in the hallway). If you're car shopping I highly recommend starting with Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights. You will be amazed. More

Great service I went in for a cabin filter replacement and trip worthiness check. I was out in 25 minutes including the visit to the cashier! Awesome. I appreciate the service department and the way they treat me respectfully. I have helped rebuild a motor, changed my clutch fan, and changed my own oil when I was younger. I know my way around a car and they don't try to treat me like a dummy. I have had issues with other service depts. in the past, none at Luther Nissan IGH. More
Fantastic Dealership and Staff! I came here the first time 2 months ago to get my 01 Pathfinder serviced. Mike in service got my car in and fixed in under an hour even though I was 2 days early for my appointment :-). The people were so great, when I decided to buy a car 2 months later they were my first thought. I came back 8n and met with Craig and Mitch who helped get me in my new car! 2016 Kia Sedona! Jamie got me a great rate to finance, and Andi and Jovonie helped keep me entertained while I waited. Overall my experience with this dealership and their staff has been top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone I know! More
Awesome! I came into Luther to just look at a few lease options. I met Luis, the salesperson, and he showed my husband and I a few different cars based on the I came into Luther to just look at a few lease options. I met Luis, the salesperson, and he showed my husband and I a few different cars based on the answers I gave to questions he had about what I was looking for. He was very good at listening to what I was saying and really knowing what I'd like and be happy with, all the way down to the color. He went to a extra lot they have to get a vehicle he thought I would like and when he drove it in, I absolutely loved it and even more so after test driving. I never once felt any pressure from Luis. He was extremely polite and courteous and willing to do anything to make sure I had the vehicle I would love. Then when I was undecided because I really hadn't planned to actually get something that day, the manager Jerry, offered to let me take the car home for the night to think about it. Yeah, they know what they're doing :) Needless to say, 24 hours later I was signing for a new car. Wonderful service from everyone we met there, especially Luis. We'll definitely go back there for any future car needs. More

They DID NOT value or respect me, saying to go find my "holy grail" rather than doing something genuine to help a customer. I wanted to leave the moment Dave began to speak to me. I have never been treated so childishly in such a "professional" environment judging me for my age. To them I am just another dollar without an opinion, as if this is my only obligation in my life.
