During my last visit I had them do an oil change and repair the clip which keeps panel A fastened to the front interior of the car. My Life Has Been Changed I came in with a used car and overall bad experience with another car dealership, because me credit was bad. Jovonie went over and beyond to help me get out of a bad deal with a car that I was making payments on which I couldn't even drive anymore, because I had to put more money into the car to fix it than what it's worth. When I saw him he said and I quote " We are going to get you out of that car, out of those payments and get you into a new car today." And that is exactly what happened. Today I am a proud owner of a brand new 2015 KIA Optima. I am so happy about my purchase and my driving experience thus far. I will recommend everyone I know to Jovonie and Luther Kia. More

Think about that salesman, finance person, service guys and a manager all gave up some of their Friday night to ensure that we drove out with our new cars that night. Amazing! We brought our new 2015 Murano in for a recall item, and when we pulled into the service bay we were cheerfully greeted by Adam who knew our first nam We brought our new 2015 Murano in for a recall item, and when we pulled into the service bay we were cheerfully greeted by Adam who knew our first names and welcomed us to Luther Nissan. He immediately explained what Luther Nissan was going to do to the car, and for us for our inconvenience. He took all of our information and immediately put us in a loaner car while our work was being done. After the work was completed, he called us and offered to send a driver out to pick up our loaner vehicle and bring out our Murano so that we did not have to make a second trip to the dealership. He was very professional and in offering to bring our car back to us in Hudson, Wisconsin was something I have never seen from a dealership before, and I have also owned vehicles by Acura, Lexus, and BMW and never once has that been done for me before. That is very high praise for exemplary Customer Service! Hats Off To Adam.... and thank you Luther Nissan! More

We were in and out of 9 other dealerships, sometimes leaving just because the service was subpar, but Luke was the best by far and made our decision that much easier. He paid attention to our needs and never tried to oversell us on something we didn't ask for. We got a great Optima at a great price and feel taken care of instead of taken advantage of.
