I love(d) your service center! Until this last visit when I went in for only an oil change and the price listed on the board was not the price I had to pay! They said it was because my vehicle require when I went in for only an oil change and the price listed on the board was not the price I had to pay! They said it was because my vehicle required more oil. Which I know is not true. And when I asked how, I got TWO snotty replies! So, I bit my lip and asked if there was any coupons then because I'm on a fixed income. The reply was I don't know, you'll have to check online! I was also dismissed when I mentioned something the person who made the reservation said to me because it was counter dicting what she told me. The response was, that must have been someone at the call center. And that was the end of it. In short... Very disappointed. I can get my oil changed for half the price you charge! And it's illegal to post one price and charge another. More

Light came on in the car that it was time for oil change. Called Honda House and was able to get an appointment the next day. They not only changed the oil but also took the time to inspect other areas of th Called Honda House and was able to get an appointment the next day. They not only changed the oil but also took the time to inspect other areas of the car such as brakes, tires, and air filter! Good to know those areas also in good working order without making another appointment ! They also noted evidence of a mouse nest and removed it, really appreciated!! Thanks!! More
