We had an emergency issue with our air conditioning not working in 97 degree heat. We were traveling out of state and our dog was with us. Well informed, very helpful. Went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. My husband struggles with anxiety, and Scott was able to distract him in such a way as to decrease his anxiety.
