Great people, willing to work with out of state and willing to hold the car on their lot until I could get transportation for it. Giving four stars because they sent the title application to the wrong willing to hold the car on their lot until I could get transportation for it. Giving four stars because they sent the title application to the wrong county and I'm having to get that resolved and we found a rusty razor blade in the back door pocket after it had been detailed. Thank heaven it was found before my little children got in and inspected everything. Also had A LOT of dirt in the doors and around the gas tank so I do not recommend their service center. More

Andrew Conway was amazing to work with! He found me the car I wanted, stayed in contact with me, and worked really hard to close the deal! I would rate 5, but i am leaving 3 stars because Brian in finance car I wanted, stayed in contact with me, and worked really hard to close the deal! I would rate 5, but i am leaving 3 stars because Brian in finance was a nightmare and made the process very difficult. The bank i went through said they have never seen such horrible process to close on a car, and he almost seemed like he didn’t care about getting me the car in a timely, effective, and respectful manner. I had one phone conversation with him and he was coming off as belittling and condescending, to the point where I called my. bank and told them I am finding a different car. Only reason i continued with the sale here is because Andrew was such a huge help and worked very hard to get me the car I want. More

Just brought my new used Pilot (bought from another dealer) in for a recall fix. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had them perform a multipoint inspection and they had zero recommendations, which has dealer) in for a recall fix. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was lied to about the 3m protection installed on car , what the salesman told me was different than the service guy, salesman told me it covered rock chips as long as it didn’t dent the hood , the service what the salesman told me was different than the service guy, salesman told me it covered rock chips as long as it didn’t dent the hood , the service guy said it didn’t cover rock chips , and for a battery to fail at 3 years old and no pro-rated warranty is worthless More
