Not Completely Satisfactory My recommendation is based on my experience of the last 6 years, not this last visit. After getting all the way home to Morris I found two problems My recommendation is based on my experience of the last 6 years, not this last visit. After getting all the way home to Morris I found two problems that had supposedly been addressed. 1) They said they had changed the oil. However Oil Life indicator now says 30%. I suspect that someone failed to reset it. Not a serious issue but bothersome. 2) Ever since I got the car (used from this dealer), the Low Tire Pressure Indicator has been lit more often than not. It was one of the main issues I wanted them to deal with. I told them that this was an ongoing issue, including the last time I was there. However, they said it was simply because of low tire pressure which they supposedly took care of. However, soon after I go home there it was again. This is clearly a chronic issue which they have failed to deal with as such. I live about 1.5 hours from the dealer, and going back to deal with the same stuff again is a pain in the butt. More
At this point we still have not received our second key fob. This is not acceptable to us. We should not have to wait a week for it. My technician was amazing, and very accommodating! He kept me updated through text. I work nights in the ER, I forgot to grab my coupon book after only sleeping for 3 hours after work to get an oil chang kept me updated through text. Used a coupon sent to me by your company for an oil change for up to 34.95. I was charged $38 after that and told that's normal. So you charge $73 for an oil change? When I told them I've always paid $38 for an oil change at your dealership, I was told "Those are our old prices." You lost a customer of 2 years because your people blatantly tried to rip me off.
