I was very happy with my service members . My air conditioning wasn’t working and they suggested to diagnose the problem before jumping straight to the recharging. Turned out to be the relay. I had been in to the dealership 6 times to check things out, test drive, ask questions before I made a decision. Every time I went in I was always greeted with an enthusiastic and friendly personality even though I was not ready to purchase. I was comparing a Toyota and a Mazda to the Honda CR-V and not once did any sales person bad mouth the competition! I was impressed with the philosophy of the dealership.
