Honda Civic Ricky did a great job working with us. He wasn't pushy which I really appreciate. I was disappointed that the car had over 800miles put on it in the 1.5 weeks after I test drove it (someone there used it for training in the Cities), but I still bought it. I appreciate them filling up the gas tank (it was on empty)...they said they normally fill it 1/2 way so I felt that was above and beyond. I appreciate him texting me a few days later to see how it was going. I was having issues with it smelling like a cat (I'm allergic) & I found some hairs in the backseat...he said they could clean it again when I brought it in for service. I bought it on a Wednesday night and didn't get a call from service dept until Tuesday to make an appt. to put the heated seats in. The finance guy was very helpful and honest, even recommended we not pay it off right away so we could raise my husband's credit score. Overall I'm happy. More
