Too soon for this I recently purchased a new vehicle from Luther St. Cloud. It had 350 miles on it when the lights on the dash went and I had to limp it in on a very bu I recently purchased a new vehicle from Luther St. Cloud. It had 350 miles on it when the lights on the dash went and I had to limp it in on a very busy road. Needless to say I was not happy. When I brought it in and tersely explained what was going on they got the vehicle in and gave me something to use right away as I had an important meeting. They repaired it in a timely manner and apologized for the problem. Overall very good service. However not happy that a brand new vehicle needed a fuel pump. Hunter from sales was informed of my situation. More

Left feeling like it was a trip worthwhile Happy with the service that was done on both recalls of my van. The service was done in the time frame that was suggested. I had mentioned my back camera wasn’t working & they addressed it right away by ordering a part, which came in promptly. I also mentioned some paint chipping that I’ve never had with any vehicle. The service manager was more than happy to take pics and look into it, hoping that it might be covered under our warranty since the vehicle is just approaching 2 years. All in all the facility was welcoming and the employees were customer oriented, which I think is huge these days! More
