The sales staff knew we were coming ( they were very tenacious ...phone, email, and texts). We paid cash, yet it took HOURS to close this deal. Who wants to sit around and watch the countless sales staff fritter around the dealership? No one! Teach the bored sales people to close so we (the customer) can go enjoy our purchase. The process killed all the excitement of getting a new car. More
