Very warm and inviting CJ was the best!!! Very knowledgeable and his vehicle knowledge and training approach was excellent. Hunter was good and handled himself professional CJ was the best!!! His training approach needs to be more customer hands on and less doing the tasks himself. Rick needs to be more customer focused and less pushy on selling warranties. With that said he was good up to that point. Maybe his goals/expectations need to be revisited by the dealership on how to adjust to a customer who say"No". Continuing to try push/sale the warranty may be great for the dealership but very annoying/uncomfortable to the buyer. More
