Purchase experience review My fiance and I went to this location knowing what vehicle we wanted to look at. Brett had it ready for us. After checking the car out, we started to My fiance and I went to this location knowing what vehicle we wanted to look at. Brett had it ready for us. After checking the car out, we started to go through the paperwork process. We let Brett and Brian know that we already had an approved loan through Wings. Due to it being a Sunday, our loan wasn't able to be processed but we were allowed to take the car home which was great. Brett even ordered a replacement piece that was broken for the interior. We came back to finish the paperwork the next day and during this process we were shown what our cost would be including gap and warranty which was over our loan amount. We let Brian know this but he assured us that it would be fine. So we signed and drove out with our new car! Several days later, he called us to let us know that the signed amount was not approved and that we would have to resign the paperwork which was annoying especially since we told him it was over approved cost. The papers were fedexed to us and at the same time, we had received the replacement interior part but were unsuccessful at installing it. So we drove to the location to have the service department help as well as turn in the paperwork. The service department was amazing and we left feeling better about the overall experience. My only concerns with the experience other than what was previously mentioned is that our credit was ran without being notified first (we are trying to keep our credit up) as well as we haven't received our gas and car wash discount yet. Otherwise, we will be back for our next purchase with Brett. More
