Dane called me a day or so later...he set up my appointment and double checked on the loaner car. He and I texted back & forth before I came back to pick it up and I let him know about a couple more things I wanted. When I got there, he had everything organized. Dane helped us detect the problem and then went above and beyond by coming out to Becker to jump our car Our 2018 CRV has a dead battery at our home.
