Experience with Honda service I am being told by Honda to replace my struts and I cannot afford to right now but I was not given any other options as that is the problem. Dealer set a quick turnaround to close the deal, which I met, but it took them over 2 weeks to get my deposit back to me. Process started only because I called a week after we closed on the vehicle - and then it still took over a week. No explanation on timing. Even gave me the option to pick up the store - which is 90 minutes from my home. No urgency. I have leased or purchased 3 vehicles from Luther dealerships - and made them my first choice - I shared with Luther corporate that won't happen in the future. Big ball drop by the business management team ! More
