Sale was nice - no urgency on getting my deposit back. This is a follow up review from a previous where I gave a 5 Star rating. That was accurate. Hugely disappointed in getting back my deposit, when we paid for vehicle with a check from finance company. Dealer set a quick turnaround to close the deal, which I met, but it took them over 2 weeks to get my deposit back to me. Process started only because I called a week after we closed on the vehicle - and then it still took over a week. No explanation on timing. Even gave me the option to pick up the store - which is 90 minutes from my home. No urgency. I have leased or purchased 3 vehicles from Luther dealerships - and made them my first choice - I shared with Luther corporate that won't happen in the future. Big ball drop by the business management team ! More

My emails were answered quickly and completely. I very much appreciated that he was not "pushy" or a constant talker. My trade in Honda was valued at more than I expected which helped the decision process. This is my third Honda Civic and my second one bought from St. Cloud Honda.
