Annoying and unpleasent Dealership failed to disclose a problem with the vehicle. I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Honda CRV, This year model vehicle has a manufacturer de Dealership failed to disclose a problem with the vehicle. I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Honda CRV, This year model vehicle has a manufacturer defect. It has a very annoying vibration problem and I cannot imagine that the dealers did not know about it. I started getting appointments and getting service done with their Hopkins location but the problem was not fixed. 6 days later when I tried to return/exchange the vehicle, they stopped returning my phone calls. Finally got a hold of the original selling agent who told me my only option was to trade-in the vehicle. After spending $20K, with them I find myself sitting in dealer service waiting areas again, waiting for repairs. Extremely unpleasant experience with the vehicle, and with Luther St. Cloud. I have had better experience with mom-and-pop street corner dealerships than Luther St. Cloud. More

Not the best purchase experience I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and didn't need financing through Luther ( I was planning on writing a check). I test drive the two preferred I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and didn't need financing through Luther ( I was planning on writing a check). I test drive the two preferred vehicles you had to offer in my price range. Within 45 minutes of coming in I made my decision. I had to wait almost two hours to complete the purchase $35,000.00. The vehicle did not have floor mats. The sales man said he could get me floor mats. It wasn't until the next day when I was cleaning (yes I said cleaning) the vehicle that I noticed he did not give me the third row seat mats. The reason I had to clean the vehicle is because the interior detail and cleaning job was terrible. The detail techs were asked to come out several times when additional things were pointed out. I just decided that this service was of poor quality and I would have to clean this vehicle when I got it home. I had to dump the water and get new water before finishing cleaning the surfaces. I have taken photos and would be happy to pass them on of anyone is interested. More
