It’s going to require yet another trip to the dealer. Plus the prices for doing the work found on their vehicle inspection was downright a rip off. I’ll take it elsewhere. More

Friendly but poor.. I love the car I got, but the service just wasn’t very good. I bought the car, they made me put down a $5,000 down payment on top of my trade in. Then I love the car I got, but the service just wasn’t very good. I bought the car, they made me put down a $5,000 down payment on top of my trade in. Then I didn’t get my car for over a week. They told me it would have been ready on Thursday, they gave me no heads up calls about the car, it would take me to call and nobody knew an answer on when my car would be ready. After I called they told me it will be ready Monday, I called Monday to try and pick it up and still nobody knew what was going on. Finally Tuesday I called and he told me it would be ready that night. I picked up the car, I love everything about it but the appreciation they showed for me buying a car through them and not giving me any information made it a nightmare and I will never come back! More

As we continued talking I believe it was Mike that approached us and let us know about a new Civic. I continued working with Brett and then he took me on a test drive in the new Civic. He explained all the "gadgets" and how the controls worked, I was sold on the car, I felt comfortable in it right away. After I made the decision to buy Brett told me about options that were available for a new car. No pressure to purchase but thorough on what these options would do to protect the car. This may seem minor but I think it added to the dealership, Brett took me to the lounge and also the service department and told me how the service department took in vehicles and how they operated. Also Brett thanks for responding to my phone calls so quickly and saying call anytime. Thanks Brett for a great car buying experience.
