No Transparency My wife went in to see about getting a new lease. She had months left but got an email from luther talking about a sale. What he didn't say was they had to pay off her lease and Blah, Blah, Blah. we could have finished her lease and then search for the best deal. This lack of transparency makes leasing a car a poor experience. We will be searching for a more transparent company next time instead of a salesman looking for a sale! More
Great Experience with Josh!!! As a woman in my early 40's, I've had more than a few car buying experiences. Ive never enjoyed the overall car buying experience. I am happy to say Josh turned this around!!! I had let Josh know my thoughts on the process and I had also expressed that I am not one to banter back and forth on the price. So, the numbers were generally figured out before I got to the dealership. I can say that Josh was honest, sincere, kind and he made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. He did a great job assisting me with the car and talking about all of its features and functions. He was absolutely great to work with and I would recommend him to everyone and anyone I know!! Unfortunately, to discuss financing (which I already had prepared through my credit union) i was taken into a back office to meet with Brian Rothstein. He offered me a rate that was between .5-1% higher than what I had been qualified for with my credit union. As I declined the higher offers, he proceeded to say things like 'it's only $100 more a month' (only???) and 'let's just do it because it's easier' (easier for who???). It was evident that Brian had HIS best interest at heart- not mine- and he had no problem showing it!! Ugh. I almost walked out without buying the car at all. So, I would say 100% definitely work with Josh!! He is fantastic!! While Brian seemed to represent the old stereotypes that I was so looking to avoid, Josh represented himself, as well as the dealership, as honest and reputable. When I look back at my experience, overall, Josh's excellent work shines through!!! Way to Go Josh!!! ... and Thank You!!! More

First if you are planning to have the dealer do work on your Honda you should give these guys a call. They did a roof rack for me last year 26% less than the Honda dealers in the Twin Cities quoted me. This year I had a engine malfunction light come on, they found the issue and the manufacturer warranty that covered the problem. Who would have known a van with 93k miles would have a warranty. I was not charged for the diagnostic and Honda covered the $3,000 in maintenance, the dealer covered my rental, they gave me a discount on other maintenance items and the guys finished the work a week early. I only have good things to say about the people at Luther Honda ST. Cloud. More

Find another dealer, loyalty is not rewarded I bought 3 vehicles from this dealer. They don't complete a thorough final inspection before delivery of new vehicles. The last vehicle I bought had I bought 3 vehicles from this dealer. They don't complete a thorough final inspection before delivery of new vehicles. The last vehicle I bought had a big scrape on the mirror. I had to drive back to them just so they can see it and tell me that they have to send it out for repainting. The repair was terrible. They were kind enough to replace the entire mirror after I had to enlighten them how bad it looked because they don't have a sense of quality for a brand new vehicle. I had to drive out another time to get it replaced, which can only be done on a weekday. All of this was their responsibility to deal with but I ended up spending hours in the car and putting on a ton of miles to enable them to correct their own mistakes. Now, barely 5200 miles on it and the tire leaks. This time, sight unseen they say it's 'road hazard' and 'not a tire defect, which is impossible to determine without looking at it or knowing how the hole occurred. A defect could be invisible (i.e. a volume defect, like a trapped bubble), which can only be ruled-out by inspection of a trained expert. Rather than taking care of a loyal customer they tell me to call the tire company. By the way, the sales manager was seriously a jerk through the whole process of buying the last car mid 2016. He kept trying to devalue my trade for stuff that was the dealer's responsibility to pay for. The salesperson was seriously a nice and honest person. Before this last transaction, I had a good experience. I won't be going back. More
Unbelievable Estimate and recommended unnecessary work I brought my Element in to have the heater fixed. I was called and told it was going to be quite expensive since they would need to remove the entire I brought my Element in to have the heater fixed. I was called and told it was going to be quite expensive since they would need to remove the entire dash to fix the actuator switch. They also recommended having two filters switched which were necessary. The mechanic also recommended an oil change but I had just had one about two days before. There was a sticker on the window indicating the date and the mileage for the next oil change. I was quoted a price of $1700 for the heater fix and filters. I had all of it done at another service center for. $ 335. I won't be going back. More
