Came in on a Saturday for an appointment I had set up the night before to have a look at Rhonda. The day before several alerts/problems popped up on the dash regarding the lane departure, the collision mitig night before to have a look at Rhonda. The day before several alerts/problems popped up on the dash regarding the lane departure, the collision mitigation and another one that disabled the cruise control. Upon arriving I was a a bit nervous when I was told on Saturday’s the guys there are pretty much only doing oil changes (I never knew that) but he would still go ahead and run some diagnostics and see if there as anything he could do same day. Not long after, I was called with a diagnosis and to my surprise, a plan to fix it the same day! Within a couple hours, Rhonda was back to her usual self! I really appreciate the excellent service for the challenging repairs she required. I am so happy the techs knew how to fix this problem same day! Since I live out of town, big kudos and 5 stars to everyone involved that day to get this work done so I didn’t have to return! THIS is why I come back! Thank you!!! More

Finance went out of their way to help us and over all everyone was so nice! Most dealerships feel pushy and uncomfortable.
