Great help for an unexpected event my van started shaking/shimmying and I thought it was going to stop running. Got it towed to Luther Honda and they ran all the tests to see what the my van started shaking/shimmying and I thought it was going to stop running. No complaints but please do not turn off the automatic light Nice waiting area, nice employees. My only comment would be that my lights are always set on auto so I don't have to think about it. To quick I live 1 hour away from Honda and when I got to my appointment the mechanic asked what was going on. I told him the anti collision brake is not brakin I live 1 hour away from Honda and when I got to my appointment the mechanic asked what was going on. I told him the anti collision brake is not braking & tires are very loud and vibrate the petals. He told me that if something isnt working the car would have a warning light on so the braking should work and that my tires are loud due to not rotating them enough. He didn’t even offer to drive the car or look deeper into the issue. He pretty much blew off the issue & said there’s not much we can do. Within 5 minutes of me arriving, it seemed like he was pushing me out the door. I have always had a really good experience here but this was the first time that I felt like I was being pushed out of the door. Also, I brought my car in for a oil change a week earlier & was told they checked all tire pressure, within 20 miles of driving it home, the low air pressure light came on. It makes me question if they are actually checking everything that they are suppose to. Needless to say, I will be making another appointment with a different Honda dealer to get a second opinion on my car. It’s my first time owning a Honda & a brand new vehicle and I have never experienced so many issues in all of the older cars I have had. I do love all the features but I’m not really sure I’m satisfied with my decision to buy a Honda. More
