I have been servicing my car here for long but last service experience Was horrible. My account manager Cara was very rude and doesn’t like to hear from the customers. They don’t call you back in spite service experience Was horrible. My account manager Cara was very rude and doesn’t like to hear from the customers. They don’t call you back in spite of leaving multiple voice messages. I have to physically go. And when you ask they response is we don’t know to which extension your voice mail went.
