Robert Wolf was warm and friendly and so easy to talk with. My adult daughter was with me, and he spent plenty of time showing us some great cars. I had a message for software update and then.later anothe message,that service was due. I.booked an appointment and On arriving at the service center I informed the center about reverse light problem and pending software update . I was expecting all these jobs to be consolidate , But only oil was changed at a fee, That was the second service after purchasing my car from same.dealer. Not encouraging. The var sales team.is excellent but after sales activities leave much gap to be addressed. More
