Mark Kitchens is my service rep. I was so pleased with the service. They got me in immediately and my car was out within 3 hours! My Service Safety Restraint Light was on and bein I was so pleased with the service. They got me in immediately and my car was out within 3 hours! My Service Safety Restraint Light was on and being a caregiver for my physically challenged sister, I could not put her in the vehicle and I was not comfortable continuing to drive it either. Thank you Mac Haik and Mark Kitchens for being so accommodating and for taking care of me even though I did not purchase my Chevy Traverse from you! I feel much better knowing that I do not have to drive back to Beaumont to have my car serviced when it needs it! More
